Online quality control for laser material processing! 

We equipped a laser processing machine with our multisensor device for high precision online monitoring and control. Here, multiple sensor signals are synchronized with the actual position data of the scanning head. In this manner our FPGA-based platform enables the visualization of surface structures and defects in parallel to the processing.
